His real name is Mandar Chandwadkar. He is always stuck in his good old times. He is a teacher by profession and also the secretary of the society . He always tries to maintain discipline in the society but no one listens to him . He often calls himself "ekmev secretary". He has love-hate relationship with Jethalal and his family.
